After the COVID-19 outbreak in Cambodia, teachers and parents grew weary of health and safety messages bombarded in their faces. When the country was getting ready to re-open schools for the new academic year, the question arose: How can we ensure a safe return to school for children?

“Do it Today for Tomorrow“ campaign promotes healthy habits among children and empowers them as changemakers to keep their school environment safe.
Instead of fear-based messaging, I used a hopeful and positive tone of voice because everything seems more doable when it’s fun! Through social media posts, I provided practical tips for teachers and parents on how to take care of children while engaging with teens on Facebook and Tik Tok to talk about self-care and mental health.
